Servicing and Marketing

After gathering market data, a competative price reccommendation alonf with a list of suggestions to improve the marketability of your home. From there my 12-Step Marketing Plan will begin which includes professional photopgraphy package combined with a number of websites, social media, print campaigns, networking, and more.

Offers and Negotiations

Every offer presented will be discussed in detail with you. I will point out the pros and cons and negotiate with tbuyer’s agent on your behalf. You will always make the final decision as to which offer to accept.

Contract to Close

I will coordinate the closing process, managing all the details and all the paperwork, while keeping you in the loop. I will track and monitor every phase of the inspection, title work, and lecnting process, and complete the close with the lease amount of hassle to you.

Obtain Financial
Pre-Approval

Get pre-approved for a loan before you find the home you want to buy. This way you’ll know your price range and only look at appropiately priced homes. Your negotiating position with the seller is stronger and closing on your new home.

View Homes and Find "The One!"

After a thorough understanding of your needs, you will receive a list of homes that meet most or all of your requirements and we will visit them until we can say with certainty, we have found “The One!”

Make Your Offer and Negotiate

Once you have found your dream home, I will search the market data and help you determine waht to offer. We will present the written offer and may go through some negotiations until we have an acceptable contract.

Working through the Contract Terms

Now the real work begins. From working with your loan officer and an appraiser to getting inspections and negotiating repairs, I make sure everything is moving forward and getting completed on time.

Walk you through Closing!

Closing where your home dream becomes real. I will work with the title company and seller’s agent to make sure the title is ready and the closing documents are correct for a smooth closing.
