Our Purpose
We help people with housing, whether to buy, sell, or rent, that is fair-priced, clean, and safe.
We do this by helping real estate investors buy, sell, and manage single family homes, townhomes, condos, or multi-family properties.
Our Story
Our journey began in January 2007, when we turned our first home into a rental house. From there we began adding more and more properties. However, not satified with how the typical operations of the rental homes were, we set out to be constinently improving the home renting experience for our residents.
We continue to use this idea of “Always raising the Bar” in our business today. As we grew our portfolio, we would interact with many other real estate investors.
Several of these investors expressed their frustration and how they struggled with the management side of the business. It was then that we quickly realized a need for quality property management in the Springfield market.
